Our new year stay in Gonder was enjoyable. the hotel was modern with clean and comfortable rooms, perfect for a good night's sleep after exploring the city. the buffet breakfast had limited options but the freshly cooked omelette was a plus. the hotel's location was great, walking distance to the popular street for evening walks and close to key tourist attraction sites. the free bottled water in the room was also a nice touch.

The WIFI connection was not reliable and limited to the lobby area only.

Great room with spacious and clean accommodations. The shower had 24/7 hot water and the beds were comfortable. The hotel also had a swimming pool, which was a nice amenity. the hotel's location was easily accessible and well-known to locals.

There were some disappointments with the service. The electronic room keys were not working, so we had to ask for assistance each time we needed to enter our room.
